Amalie Arena Tampa October 17th 2023 The Legacy of the Beast Tour

Candidate Keith Hayden was on site for the last stop on Iron Maidens US Leg of The Legacy of the Beast World Tour on Thursday evening. Being close to Halloween and in good spirits, Keith was dressed in costume as an 80's metal rocker for the entire day. Prior to the event, Keith stopped at the Hard Rock Casino for lunch and a few tries at  the slots. After the concert, Keith ventured to Ybor city to for a bite to eat at Due Amici Pizza and then across the street to Ybor Cigars Plus for a Torpedo cigar to cap off the evening.

Gordon Watts Response To Rep Scott Franklin

News coverage of responses to this press inquiry can be found here:
Or

Regarding your video about the student debt cancellation executive order,

Scott, with all due respect:

If you have the genuine anger to complain about apparently valid concern that President Biden lacks a long term solution, you should first understand that Congress is under investigation for GOP lawmaker refusal to obey **our** party platform on this issue, specifically you are still refusing to take legislative action to STOP ðŸ›‘ taxpayer funded Student Loan originations with MY taxpayer dollars, which, if done, would have prevented this "student debt" crisis in the first place.

You may rightly blame Biden for a "halfway" solution with his Exec Order to address students who face genuine price gouging (which your grandparents NEVER faced with insane costs of college-- ask them, if you dare!), and Biden's lack of any long-term solutions frees a few genuine debt slaves, but neither eliminates debt slavery (a valid complaint of Liberals/ Democrats) nor puts a stop to the profligate and Liberal Swamp Dept of Ed from *raping* taxpayers with TRILLIONS in originating (making) student loans with MY taxpayer dollar!

Invoking rape and slavery may offend some, but what is really offensive is your continued insistence on your RINO behaviors to complain about https://GordonWatts.com/#OpenInvestigation

But doing nothing to stop it. We don’t have a taxing problem, Mr. Franklin, but rather a spending problem that you refuse to even attempt to address, as documented in Congress under investigation for upward of 91% of ALL GOP lawmakers documented to be RINOS. https://GordonWayneWatts.com/#OpenInvestigation

Now, please either do your job, or step aside and admit that Keith Hayden, your NPA / independent opponent in this Mid-Term general election is the better, more qualified candidate.

Gordon Wayne Watts, one of your constituents, and Editor of THE REGISTER and National Director, CONTRACT WITH AMERICA: PART II (tm). P.S.: Due to redistricting, I can't vote in your election, but were I to have a choice, you would need first to correct your spendthrift RINO policy first. No disrespect meant, and I thank you for granting an unscheduled interview as documented in my video collection https://YouTube.com/GordonWayneWatts  this past Saturday, 14 May 2022 at the Fly In hanger campaign event. Please advise.///

2nd error in BLEXIT candidate guide with incorrect party affiliation listing.

TABLE OF CONTENTS
1 of 3: Excess spending is "Liberal"
2 of 3: Excess taxation is "Liberal" (Think tax/spend Liberal)
3 of 3: Disobedience to US CONSTITUTION is "Liberal" (Think
"Conservative Constitutional" values)

1 of 3: Excess spending is "Liberal"

As documented in our Open Investigation of Congress, the Republican
Party's own platform CLEARLY prohibits use of our taxpayer dollars to
originate (make) student loans, ok? Moreover, regardless of what it
says, we all know that this is an excess tax/spend violation of
"Conservative" principles, no? (I discuss and document this more fully
in my original email, below.)

https://GordonWatts.com/HigherEd_OpenInvestigation.html
https://GordonWayneWatts.com/HigherEd_OpenInvestigation.html
https://Archive.ph/4zTf0
https://Web.Archive.org/web/20220615004659/https://gordonwatts.com/HigherEd_OpenInvestigation.html

Yet, practically ZERO Republican lawmakers (or maybe 8.14%, when being
very generous with the definition of compliance with "Conservative"
values) have a genuine "Conservative" voting record: as documented
above, almost ZERO Republican lawmakers have ever attempted to obey
this basic Conservative standard. So, you can go ahead and say that
voting "with" Republicans is "Conservative," if you like, but that is
a falsehood, and now that you know it, I hope you will consider how
pushing this falsehood does unnecessary damage to your good name.

2 of 3: Excess taxation is "Liberal" (Think tax/spend Liberal)

Here, I could list detailed "taxation" to illustrate my point, but the
soaring U.S. Nat'l Budget (which reflects spending) shall serve as a
1st order proxy to the taxation, since taxes are raised to compensate
for spending. Here, no matter which party is in control --both under a
Republican trifecta (when we controlled House, Senate, & Oval Office
twice in recent decades -- the 1st two years of GW Bush
administration, and again, the 1st two years of a Trump
administration) --and under a Democratic trifecta (when DEMS
controlled House, Senate, & Oval Office twice in recent decades -- the
1st two years of Pres Obama's administration, and again, the 1st two
years of the current Biden administration), we continue to see
spending -- and resultant Nat'l Debt -- get "bigger, and bigger, and
bigger. (Indeed, only under a Clinton administration, when Democrat
Pres. Bill Clinton and Republican speaker, Newt Gingrich did the "fist
bump" under the original "Contract With America," did we see a
balanced budget: So, it should be clear that the "actual" voting
records" (which is what you said counted, remember?) of most lawmakers
in BOTH parties is NOT "Conservative" by ANY stretch of the means.

In fact, Republicans may be "worse" when it comes to Liberal
over-taxation, ok? While GOP lawmakers did, indeed, reduce taxes on a
few rich in Trump's first 2 years, what about everyone else?

U.S. Senator, Rick Scott (R-FL) is a Conservative whom I trust you
respect (and I hope you recall that I'm also both morally, fiscally,
and Constitutionally Conservative), and Sen. Scott clearly defines
college tuition as a tax, by the very definition: Senator Rick Scott
said, "Raising tuition on families is a tax increase. And, it's a tax
increase that harms Floridians' ability to achieve the American dream
of earning a highereducation diploma:

Tuition is a tax, by the very definition, as these colleges are an arm
of state government: Funds going to arm of gov't = a tax. Full stop,
period. And, whatever your views are on whether college should be free
or not - - you can not honestly convince me that current GOP lawmakers
are "more" interested in reducing this obscene tax than are Democrats
-- which is part of a reason that I sometimes vote for Democrat
candidates: Free college MIGHT be considered a bit liberal -- or not.
But obscene over-taxation is far more "Liberal": see the graph in this
section to illustrate political rank versus costs of college:

https://Web.Archive.org/web/20220801115505/https://contractwithamerica2.com/#college

GOP lawmakers of recent, who got almost free college in their youth,
but presently moralize and lecture students (Congresswoman Virginia
Foxx is a prime example) are SUPER liberal in this regard --and hold
an immoral double standard, which is also not "Conservative": they are
OK with bankruptcy defense for themselves and their business friends,
and want affordable college -- but violate Jesus'es Golden Rule -- and
double standards -- by not being ok with students having either.

3 of 3: Disobedience to US CONSTITUTION is "Liberal" (Think
"Conservative Constitutional" values)

Lastly, while you can clearly see I "have a beef" with many GOP
lawmakers, my email to you, this early Sunday morning is about your
CANDIDATE GUIDE (and not the candidates), so I will accord you proper
respect, and stay "on subject":

Interestingly-enough, the DEMOCRAT PARTY'S official platform has in it
that STUDENT LOAN BANKRUPTCY should be restored. My point? While
almost ZERO Republican lawmakers historically support student loans
bankruptcy, and only about 8.14% support cutting liberal pork student
loan originations, by contrast, about 18.1% of Democrat lawmakers have
supported student loan bankruptcy uniformity as the US CONSTITUTION's
UNIFORMITY CLAUSE requires:

Closing Comments:

Since point 3 of 3, here, addressed US CONSTITUTION compliance, and
since I've shown in my original email, below, that bankruptcy
uniformity is "Conservative" due to adherence to Art.I, Sec.8, cl.4 of
the US CONSTITUTION (not to mention the Conservative free market
pressures bankruptcy produces -- necessary to discourage irresponsible
lending on MY tax dollar!), and the moral issues involved, it's clear
that while both parties' actual "voting record" are rather liberal
(violation of numerous Conservative principles), nonetheless,
"Democrat" voting records, of recent, have trended more "Conservative"
than "Republican" voting records, which -- by actual definitions (and
not someone's opinion) are -- by "absolute" (and not relative)
standards of TRUTH -- "Liberal."

(A good case might even be made that Democrat = Conservative and
Republican = Liberal -- but a case-by-case assessment of the voting
record's merit -- and not "with which party" it aligns -- should be
the truthful standard.)

I know that my findings would, if followed, require your research
staff to strike Congressman Franklin's entry as "Conservative" and
replace it with "aligns with GOP colleagues" or something like that,
but in NO universe can you convince me that his voting record is
conservative by these three metrics above. Nice man? Yes. Granted my
interview (which is "Conservative" by many standards)? Yes. But actual
voting record... not.

So, I know that you will not be happy with my assessment; and, were I
in your shoes, I would not be either, because doing the "right thing"
as former Oklahoma Congressman J.C. Watts says should be done, would
NOT be easy, as it WOULD require an destruction and redoing of
most/all of your current (mostly incorrect) candidate guide. But,if
you're brave enough to abandon the egregious error, here, and make an
accurate guide (with actual accurate assessments of voting records,
and including definitions for the reader, so they're not confused like
I was when I saw Congressman Scott Franklin's entry!), and you wish to
mention that you got ideas or inspiration from me, you're more than
welcome. That's your call ; I seek no special credit, but my momma
didn't raise any fool: if you wish to credit me with attribution --
either regarding my email, here and/or any of my online research,
you're welcome to do so with proper attribution. But, you will NEVER
convince me that Mr. Franklin's "actual" voting record is
"conservative!" Yes, a few genuine conservative votes and actions are
in the record, but they are few and far between, and when we, as a
nation, lie to ourselves and call liberal things "Conservative," call
good things "evil," and call evil things "good," we deceive ourselves:

"20 Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put
darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet,
and sweet for bitter! 21 Woe unto them that are wise in their own
eyes, and prudent in their own sight!" -- ISAIAH 5:20-21, Holy Bible

Your job is not easy, and I do not envy or ridicule you, and feel your
pain, and wish to not let you bear the wight of responsibility alone.
If I may be of any assistance, please let me know; I am only a phone
call or email away.

Hi Gordon,

Thank you for viewing our Candidate Guide and thank you for reaching
out. We use different sources to determine if a person's voting
record is conservative, liberal, or moderate. If a person has voted
with Republicans more than Democrats, then we consider their voting
record conservative and vice versa for Democrats even if some of
their higher profile votes are flip flopped.

We also checked another source to verify where Mr. Franklin stands
with his voting record and it has him squarely amongst his
Republican peers on his score card. See the link here:
https://www.govtrack.us/congress/members/scott_franklin/456807 [7].

Since this is not an opinion based guide, we must ensure that if a
candidates voting info is changed, that it is in fact changed
because they vote more with the other party than the one we
currently have listed. If you feel that is the case, please provide
us with the necessary proof to show he has voted with Democrats more
often than Republicans and the team will be able to move forward
with a review of this change.

Than you so much for contributing to our guide to ensure we have the

Subject: Re: Election day is less than 5 weeks from today - are you
ready?

My apologies, but I overlooked the most important Liberal action by
Scott Franklin and other lawmakers in both parties who oppose
student loan bankruptcy restoration:

You see, without restoration of student loan bankruptcy, lenders
(chiefly the US DEPT OF ED, using trillions of MY tax dollars!) will
have NO incentive to tamp down irresponsibly lending.

Without this Conservative Free Market check on profligate spending,
we WILL crash the dollar, as student debt, at about $2 trillion, is
almost ten (10%) percent of total US debt, and thus perhaps this
makes S.2598, H.R.4907, and H.R.9110 the three most important bills
enrolled at this moment. (Moreover, only WITH return of student loan
bankruptcy self-defense will lobbyists back off sufficient to
release their grip on the throats of weak-kneed RINOS to allow
needed spending cuts; either a miracle or passing these bills would
be enough to back off lobbyists sufficient here. I don't see a
miracle coming, so you might consider supporting these bills. If you
don't want to see a crash of the dollar.)

Mr. Franklin and most lawmakers are liberals who oppose restoration
of bankruptcy and other standard consumer protections, a tried and
true means that worked to prevent predatory lending in the past,
back when the system worked. Most citizens (not lawmakers) of BOTH
parties disagree with lawmakers, as my in depth polling data shows.

My apologies for overlooked this. I just got out of the emergency
room for exceedingly excruciating headaches, and I'm not fully
healed. But I wish to help BLEXIT heal and repair its damaged and
flaw, even if well intentioned, voter guide, and I wish you the best
as you investigation my claims.

I am in receipt of your email, below, with a voters guide, including
an entry for my member of Congress, Hon. C. Scott Franklin
(R-FL-15), who is also a candidate in the newly-creates FL-18
district.

You say below that, and I quote you:

"If you, or a candidate you represent, want to update information
that you feel is inaccurate, please email candidateguide@blexit.com
alongside proof of your requested change."

Your guide, here, is mostly, tho not totally, incorrect-- not just
with Scott, but also many other errors exist: Mr. Franklin, while a
polite person who didn't "cut & run" from an unscheduled request to
speak to press (myself), and while _occasionally_ voting for
Conservative social issues (mask mandates as City Commissioner,
iirc, and later supporting unborn life in some legislation), is
nonetheless VERY LIBERAL, and there are other similar errors
regarding other candidates.

First, below are links (see attached screenshots in case links are
bad, page down, etc.), of BLEXIT alleging Mr. Franklin's voting
record is Conservative:

Next, I shall give documented proof that his voting record is
Liberal in _at least_ 2 or 3 areas

COUNT  1

[[#1.]] First, here's an interview I conducted at a recent campaign
event:

I specifically ask Mr. Franklin why he has not obeyed the Republican
Party's official platform concerning its prohibitions against MY
federal tax dollars: On page 35 of the Republican Party Platform, we
see the GOP clearly says: "The federal government should not be in
the business of originating student loans." (1ST sentence of last

[20]

ANSWER: Mr. Franklin is polite and gives me an answer. Problem is
it's the wrong answer: He makes excuses and says he doesn't sit on
Education Committee, which is irrelevant, as he can still file a
bill to lower or eliminate federal tax dollar use to originate
student loans, as more fully described in the PORK section of my
work website:

https://Contractwithamerica2.com/#pork [21]

[25]

Worse yet, while he tells me that I have his commitment that he will
look into this, nonetheless, his voting record is clear: He is
swayed, it seems obvious, by powerful Liberal Higher Ed swamp
lobbyists who seek to INCREASE student loan limits, since colleges
need a "sugar daddy" cash cow -- Taxpayers. Make that "want," but
don't need. In fact, Congress is still under investigation where we
document that roughly NINETY-ONE (91%) PERCENT of all GOP lawmakers
refuse to even *attempt* to obey this plank. (Rep. Gaetz, with his
cosponsorship of H.R.899, which would eliminate the liberal Dept of
Ed, is a rare exception: He is Conservative here and in most other
areas.)

COUNT  2, multiple "sub" counts:

[[#2.]] Next, Mr. Franklin, stubbornly refuses to support
Constitutional bankruptcy uniformity, in violation of not only the
US CONSTITUTION'S UNIFORMITY CLAUSE, Art.I Sec.8 Cl.4, but a number
of other Constitutional principles:

((A)) CONSERVATIVE MORAL STANDARDS: a "bankruptcy self-defense for
ME but not for Thee" standard is a violation of the "Golden Rule" in
THREE (3) major religions, and thus immoral to like 98.6% of ALL
LIVING HUMANS:

TESTAMENT (PENTATEUCH)
** CHRISTIANITY: Matthew 22:39b, Mark 12:31b, Luke 6:31, Matthew
7:12, The Golden Rule, NEW TESTAMENT (HOLY BIBLE)
** ISLAM: Surah 24:22 An-Nur, The Light, on treatment; Surah 2:275
Al-Baqarah, The Cow, on prohibitions of usurious interest; See also:
Surah 3:130, The Family of Imran; Surah 4:161, The Women; Surah
30:39 al-Rum aka The Romans (THE NOBLE QUR'AN)
** Even ATHEISTS and AGNOSTIC have a problem with hypocrites double
standards where lawmakers want some perk for themselves: Mr.
Franklin's insurance business has available ban defense, as do
credit cars users, Donald Trump's businesses, gamblers, and even
colleges & universities which scam students and go out business, but
not college students? #Immoral #DoubleStandard that violates
Sovereign King Jesus'es #GoldenRule, and treads against God,
himself. Not good!

((B)) CONSERVATIVE CONSTITUTIONAL STANDARDS: Bankruptcy Uniformity
is NOT a Liberal free handout, but rather required by the US
CONSTITUTION'S BANKRUPTCY UNIFORMITY clause, Art.I Sec.8 Cl.4, ie eg
a special case of Equal Protection:

((C)) REBELLIOUS REFUSAL TO JOIN CONSERVATIVE REPUBLICAN COLLEAGUES

((D)) REBELLIOUS REFUSAL TO represent VOTERS on student loan
bankruptcy restoration and fiscally conservative spending
restrictions is _NOT Conservative:_

QUOTE: "A recent study by The Harris Poll finds Americans
overwhelmingly support multiple reforms for the student loan debt
crisis...Frequently recommended solutions, such as forgiveness of a
flat amount of student debt (64%) and forgiveness of all student
loan debt (55%), are supported by more than half the country.
Additionally, nearly two-thirds of Americans (63%) support
forgiveness of all student loan debt for those working in certain
industries like health care, science & technology, or public
service. [] Moreover, Americans show very strong support for other
potential solutions including lower interest rates on students that
attend public universities (83%), automatic student loan forbearance
if someone loses employment (72%), and updating bankruptcy laws to
get rid of student debt (66%). [] Americans also supported changes
to the cost of a university education. Such solutions included
restrictions or price controls on the cost of a university education
(78%), no tuition at public colleges or universities (59%), no
tuition for undergraduate schooling (56%), and no tuition for any
U.S. college or university (53%)." _Editor's Note: Bold-faced red

((E)) Since Black Americans are disproportionately harmed by student
debt, his refusal to offer any meaningful solutions (other than to
silently think predatory lending victims must stop complaining about
being victims) is NOT Conservative: QUOTE from the page, linked

graduating college, black students owe nearly twice as much student
debt as their white peers do and are three times more likely to
